the small boutique hotel in Kampala exceeded my expectations. From the imaginative and superbly presented food to the comfortable and well-appointed rooms, everything was exceptional. The peaceful ambience and attentive service made for a memorable stay. Special mention to the sweet Florence for her exemplary customer service skills.

Kitchen area in rooms was odd.

The hotel's decoration was simply delightful, with beautiful floral patterns and cozy furniture. The general areas were spacious and well-lit, making it easy for senior people to navigate around. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and handrails strategically placed throughout the property.

I would have loved to see more activities tailored specifically for senior people during my vacation. The children working there did a wonderful job overall, but it would have been even better if they had organized some special events or outings for us seniors.

The hotel is located in a beautiful area with stunning views. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a tranquil night's sleep. The staff is attentive and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests' needs are met. Guests can also enjoy a refreshing swim in the clean and inviting pool. Additionally, some guests were fortunate enough to be upgraded to larger rooms, providing even more comfort.

There were occasional instances where attention to detail was lacking, such as forgetting to replenish coffee in the room or moving personal belongings.
